The Bath Package

Policies & Terms of Service
Our goal is to provide the safest, most enjoyable grooming experience for you and your pets. We strive to maintain a clean grooming salon and provide the highest standards possible with a stress-free seamless process. Below are some policies we have developed to ensure the safety and happiness of your pets while in our care.
Approaching the Facility
We ask that you please have all dogs on a leash when entering and exiting the facilities. This is to ensure the safety of your pet and others. Your dog must be always by your side.
Business/Duty
Please take your pet to do its "business" before coming into our facilities. While accidents may happen, we want to ensure the cleanliness and safety of all our furry clients.
Note for grooming: If your adult dog soils in the salon, before, during or after the groom there will be a charge due to re-bathing and drying. Thank you for your understanding.
Time Policy
No unscheduled drop-offs before Doors Open. Early drop-offs upon agreed request or 15 mins ahead of schedule are acceptable. Pickup fees may apply for late pickups exceeding 30 mins.
Late Appointments
In order to accommodate each pet in a timely, safe, and efficient manner we ask you to be on time. We will accommodate your appointment no more than 15 minutes late. Please, let us know if you are running late.
48 Hour Cancellations, Reschedules & No-shows
To ensure optimal scheduling and availability, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
In the event that you are unable to provide sufficient notice or if there is a no-show for the scheduled appointment, a 50% charge will be applied. Thank you for your cooperation and for valuing our appointment availability.
Customers with a bundle or package who miss their appointment or fail to cancel within the specified period will have one full service deducted from the bundle.
Please be mindful of all your upcoming appointments.
Picking Up
The grooming process can take up to 1-4 hours depending on your pet's coat, behavior, and size. We make every effort to groom your dog in a timely and safe manner. We ask that you wait for our call or text to pick up your dog. Calling or stopping in will only delay the groom, causing distraction for your pet, which in turn makes it more difficult and dangerous to complete the groom. Please allow the groomer to perform the groom in a safe, efficient manner.
Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being called.
Last Looks Policy
All grooming services are officially completed at their scheduled time. Please review your pet carefully.
Any changes must be requested during pickup. Redos or touch-ups after pickup will incur additional fees.
Late Fee
If 30 minutes pass and you have not picked up your pet, we may add an additional daycare fee, starting at $45.
Social Media
We may take pictures before and after a service and post those pictures to our social media.
Matting
Pets with severely matted coats require extra attention. Mats can be very difficult to remove and may require the pet to be shaved. Mats in an animal's coat grow tight, and can ultimately damage and tear the animal's skin, which provides a breeding ground for parasite infestations. These are conditions that cannot be seen or known until after the hair is shaved off. We will make a good faith effort to contact you in the event that a shave is required. There will be a fee assessed for dogs with matting.
Excessive Matting Fee
Under these extreme circumstances, some pets will need a full shave. We will be gentle and patient with your pet's condition. Doing so requires extra time and care. If your pet has excessive matting, we will contact you and assess an additional fee,
starting at $50.
Vaccinations
All puppy clients must be up to date on their vaccinations. All clients must show Rabies certificate or titer test date.
Fleas & Ticks
If the groomer finds evidence of flea/ticks during the grooming process, the owner will be notified to discuss further treatment. There will be a fee for dogs who are given a flea/tick shampoo treatment. Pets with an active flea infestation will not be permitted to enter the grooming salon. You will be notified,
fee starts at $50.
Safety
For the safety of your pet we do not have other dogs running or playing loose in the salon while grooming is taking place. During your pet's grooming session, he or she will be accompanied by their groomer or groomer's assistant to an individual suite if they are not being groomed on the grooming table or in the bathing area.
