A bath is required on the day of check-in to keep our resort & hotel clean and pristine. This bath is provided at a one time fee. A bath prior to pickup is also available, so that your pet comes home feeling fresh and clean.
We’ll feed the food you provide at regular intervals throughout the day, so that your pup feels at home.

We suggest bringing your pet’s food, favorite toy or blanket, and any medications. We also provide comfy bedding and water bowls on-site.

Yes, we welcome both dogs and cats at our pet hotel, with separate areas to keep them safe, stress-free, and comfortable during their stay.
Q5. How far in advance should I book pet boarding in San Francisco?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially during holidays or peak travel seasons, as spots fill up quickly. Please review our cancellation policy as well.
Q6. What is the Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To reserve your room, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please let us know at least eight days before your arrival date. Cancellations or reschedules made within seven days of your stay will forfeit the deposit. This advance notice allows us to offer the room to other guests who may be hoping to visit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting your pup!
